Local Shipping within India

  • Charges: A flat rate is applied to all standard orders within India.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days for stock items to commercial addresses.
    • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
    • Charges : For orders weighing above 10 kg, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • Delivery timelines may be extended during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders Outside Kerala (India)

Kindly note: For orders outside Kerala, shipping charges are applicable and full payment is required in advance. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for these orders. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
