Refund policy

1. Returns

Items may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible.

Non-returnable items:

  • All kind of Food products
  • Products without proof of purchase or receipt
  • Hygiene products
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Bigsupply 24/7 error

2. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer pays 200 INR for return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

  • For returns above 5 cartons, extra charges (up to 300 INR) may apply.
  • Refunds will have return shipping costs deducted (if applicable).

3. Replacements

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests. The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits. Replacement claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days after approval
  • Delivery: 7–10 days depending on location
  • If Bigsupply 24/7 sent the wrong item (confirmed by our team), we will collect it and send the correct one at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days from receipt of the returned package (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are made via bank transfer only.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times vary).
  3. Contact your bank (possible internal delays).
  4. If unresolved, email bigsupplycrm247@gmail.com.

5. Items on Promotion

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Promotional items (e.g., "Buy 1 Get 1," "Buy 2 Get 1," or discounts on minimum spend) are non-refundable.

6. Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled before fulfillment/dispatched: Refund processed within 10 working days.
  • Orders canceled after fulfillment/dispatched: Rs. 200 cancellation fee applies.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact Customer Service.

If Bigsupply 24/7 made a dispatch error, we will replace it at no extra cost.
